Holiday Bazaar at The Wedding Space

Boy did I have fun serving up some drinks at The Holiday Bazaar on December 4th.  The Wedding Space is a great group of wedding vendors including myself with my other business Memory Making Events.  We decided to put on a holiday shopping day for locals by locals but also create a fun filled day with cocktails, coffee, a sweet lounge by Avenue Twelve Rentals, a fire pit and some games.  This event was so successful and it was filled with laughter, joy and warmth.  

My signature cocktails of the day were the Tipsy Elf and a Ruby Red Grapefruit Spritzer.  I also served up some Mimosas, Apple cider, and a fantastic Gingerbread Stout by Golden Road Brewing.    These Signature cocktails were a huge hit!  Especially the Tipsy Elf.  See the Recipes bellow. 

Tipsy Elf Recipe...... 1 oz Apple Cider Simple Syrup (boil apple cider for 10 min and simmer for 4 hours) .....  3oz Spiced Dark Rum .... splash of Bitters ..... in a shaker with ice ..... shake and pour over ice ...... top with sparkling water .... pomegranate seeds and a cinnamon stir stick for garnish.

Ruby Red Grapefruit Spritzer Recipe.....  1 oz Sugar in the Raw Simple Syrup .... 3 oz Vodka .... Fresh mint leave ..... squeeze of fresh lime .... 6 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice (i get mine from Trader Joe's) .... in a shaker with ice ..... shake and pour over ice ....... top with sparkling water ..... pomegranate seeds, lime wheel and fresh mint for garnish.
